Hmmm. I had beef! Italian meatballs from freezer stock . Lazy. Mushrooms added to pan, cheese sprinkled on top. Satisfying.

simple fare last night with macaroni and tomatoes (warmed up and then butter melted on top).

i think today the plan is for me to make some olive burgers.

olive burgers turned out really well. not hard at all. so glad we had better olives than last time we used olives (for the potato salad last week - they were horrible).

I think we're going to fire up the smoker today too. It'll be simple fare - chicken thighs and sausage.

I found two old small cans of canned salmon. Made salmon patties and homemade tartar sauce. They were very good!!
