Best curry I've ever had was in Thailand. Its been many years, but I can still "taste" the fab deep flavor!!

i'm quite happy with curries of many kind but have a very soft spot for some green curry with coconut milk and plenty of added onions and etc.

i love fruitcake. a friend of ours made some really good ones a few years ago and i need to get his recipe... i don't want to make a lot of them, but it would be nice to be able to make a few here or there. there's almost no batter at all in them.
