We got some thick cut ribeye steaks from Costco so I baked one of those instead of a roast because it's just the 2 of us. 2 inch steak cooked slow was just as good.
No horseradish. I couldn't actually find a bit of root in the pot when I dug through so guess I need to replace it. Then hardware cloth cover the top to keep rodents out

We had prime rib, baked pots, asparagus and mushrooms au poivre yesterday. We'll make tacos with leftover beef and mushrooms today. Homemade tortillas, roasted chilis and some avocado. The perfect street taco.
