Homemade chicken pot pie tonight. It was good, really good, but does anyone have a recipe for one that actually cuts like a piece of pie? Or should I just invest in individual pie pans?

I found that mini pie pans worked best for us.

Freezer check...brought in a 6# ham that needs to be used, some stuffed peppers and a bag (of many!) eggplant slices. Cut some into cubes, added diced tomatoes, garlic, basil...stir fry, then to simmer, added some white wine, goat cheese at end, ate over spaghetti 😋 enough left for breakfast 👍

Every Friday is homemade pizza. I think there's enough smoked beef brisket for one more pizza. I may have to smoke another brisket, it's so good on pizza. But I'll probably just do sausage instead.
