How lucky am I? I have a half of a head's worth of steamed cauliflower left over!! I am going to try this tonight! (Got to get the chickpea flour, but doesn't Bob's Red Mill make it?)
Yes!!! That's what I use!
Hey--another gluten-free recipe! It sounds delish!
Ever try creamed cauliflower? Just boil till very tender and make it like mashed potatoes. Much better for you and I think tastes better than creamed potatoes.

And it fits in well with my low carb lifestyle!

I used to sneak in cauliflower all the time smashed like potatoes. I usually mixed in [parmesan cheese. the kids will eat it but they are old enough now to where I can't fool them.

Now I can't get cauliflower out of my mind! Tomorrow I'm making chowder with potatoes, onions, garlic, cauliflower, peppers and broccoli with sharp cheddar cheese.

Tonight is stir-fried onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage and potatoes with venison ring bologna.

Stir-fried broccoli, tofu, cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms with some brown rice. Better go eat it now while it's still warm.

Home canned deep pit beef, home canned potatoes fried in peanut oil with seasoning, home canned applesauce and a bran muffin.
