I always keep a lot of lids. But my garden has been so good, they are running low. Haven't hit the panic button yet, they do appear on Walmart shelves from time to time. I always go by the canning supply shelves.

I've been running the dehydrator, the canner, AND the freeze dryer. My garden is doing fairly well, plus I've been attending both the Produce Connection and the Farmers to Families weekly- getting pounds and pounds of misc veggies and fruits from them. The best part is that, for every pound of produce they give away in these programs, the farmers get paid... so it's a win-win. Rice and beans is spottily available; I pick up some when I see it. We've been trying to also stock up extra grains for making chicken feed, and extra bags of dog food too.

Buy what you need while you can, before the U.S. dollar (possibly all world currency) is no longer worth anything.

Lids are now impossible to find here. Only Winco had a few and they were wide mouth.

I just ordered my tuna so am very glad I hoarded lids earlier this year.

I found this online, but look at the price! Could this be a fake website?
