The action has started, involves bringing a legal action. Recipient refused accepting first attempt at official communications. The actions I am pursuing may be a sub optimal end result, but it will be resolved.

ugh! sorry it had to go that ways. will be interested to hear about it after things are resolved.

Not resolutions, but a to-do list.

Move dog houses

Move wire

Move implements

Box blade driveway

Set hay bale

Take down wire

Pull 4 tposts

Set posts by the woods

Set 4x4s behind building

Get diesel

All done yesterday and today except for pull 4 T-posts, this dry dirt has turned to concrete.
Didn’t set posts by the woods or the 4x4s.

Heat is creeping back, but still not horrible.

I set the posts by the woods. The posts weigh more than I do, so I got some help, Marigold!

I set both posts, put dirt in the hole, tamped it, poured water in the hole, tamped it, dirt, water, tamp, until done. I was having so much fun, that I gathered up tools, a 5” post, a spool of twisted smooth wire and went ahead and completed the H brace.

I have never done this by myself. Always the helper, assisting the men, driving staples, etc.
the post are close together n order to dodge a big clump of yaupon stumps and roots, then a tree that has to come down.

I’m a whupped puppy!

Excellent!! 🤩
This morning I feel like somebody took one of those posts and beat me with it. I’ve been celebrating the break in the 100F plus extra numbers, by working outside, been holed up in the heat, too hot to be outside. Today, I shall rest my battered, tired, sore body by taking truck to town for a fuse, filling it up, coming home and test the fecals I collected yesterday from the sheep. I’ll be peering through a single whatever that’s called, hunched over a microscope. I really need one with two of those thingies to look through so I don’t develop a perpetual squint. By the end of the day, I’ll still be tired. LOL
