sory cant help on the recipie...
snapping turtles are one fo the few animals that freek me out lol all laying in wait ready to SNAP...we had some big ones in CT, i refused to swim in any fresh water unless i could see the bottom clearly lol.

You wouldn't swim around here then. We have cedar water. It's about the color if iced tea, and has some stuff floating in it. I've been asked more than once by visitors to the area what's wrong w/the water?
