Just turn it off. You got a job to do so get it done. Smack em in the head , poke a whole threw the hide in the back, stick your fingers in and pull. Then cut off the stuff you dont needs and clean out the cavity. Less than 5 mins per rabbit.

Quartering and vacuum sealing takes the longer

Well speaking of rabbits, we lost one last night and had anoyher maimd. I dont think it was coyotes. Im pretty sure it was the neighbors dog. Gotta get something straightened out when i get off work.

Do you have your hutches behind electric fence? I think if I did rabbits, that would be the only way I could succeed. Perhaps run a perimeter of 3 strands around the chicken, garden, rabbit and orchard areas.

That stinks! Hope you get it straightened out. Electric sounds like a good idea.

Yep, I hear you. And... I've heard that their feed conversion rate is very good. And, their manure would be a great bonus in the garden and green house. And... they would bring increased variety to the dinner plate. How long does it take to raise a rabbit, from birth to dinner plate? And what would one breeding trio produce in the course of a year? How many litters/year without over stressing the does?

Got off work at 5, had this up by 6. (Dark)
Reused my cattle panel trellis stuff. :(

Tomorrow i will go get stuff to build a proper gate.
Seen a strange dog on the property. White husky
He may go the way of the dodo
