Oh! And you all have to help me put a book together.

The Autistics' Guide to Tone and Body Language.

Useful things like: calm means you are breathing evenly. Anything that sounds unlike even breathing makes you sound upset in one way or another, or indicates someone else is upset... Which is why yelling and that gaspy breath talking and lots of short words and such things indicate emotional upset.

That book sounds like a REALLY good idea! Lots of people could really benefit from it - autistics and the people that love them.

All ready I am teaching the "if you can see your breath then wear a warm coat" lesson! :D

We also use cards with different facial expressions on them to teach what emotions are and how they look on other people as well as how to do them with your own face. So this book sounds like it would really be a good teaching guide. Things that us "others" seem to know innately.

If you need help ... count me IN! :thumbsup

I just have trouble with plotting a book. Beginning middle end. So i know the info i want. I just need help planning it and then everyone can make me write lol. I hate writing.

Sequencing mostly i think. And a good editor. I repeat myself a lot.

The autie book of common sense would be good too. That would include wear a hat and coat if you see your breath.

Try using index cards. ;) That way you can juggle the ideas around and eliminate any duplicates with ease.

Added .. You can use colored cards also. When we were working with a LARGE population of ADHD kids we used colored paper for all worksheets and assignments. Green for Science, Red/Pink for Math, Blue for History, Yellow for English and white for overall class information. It was AMAZING how much that system helped those with limited focus time. :D

I made honey ginger chicken and tossed it with fermented carrots and cabbage. Absolutely divine!

Hee hee!

I'm going to try taking vitamins before I feed the cats breakfast. I can never ever forget to feed them breakfast. If my schedule changes, they still remind me. Loudly. A lot.

If this fails, you can all nag me! :gig

And yes, if you rub my belly, I scritch :D
Abi, that is a very good idea! Keep those supps with the cat food, and all will be well!
