Yeah, and there are those of us in the same boat after decades beyond where you are right now!!!!

I hate interviewing and related process more than I dislike my current job. :D

SD posted a good idea - get a plan together that you can get your head around, doing things in chunks. Celebrate the little successes.
Exactly. lol.

I don't really have marketable skills. So I just plod along.

I think I'm just in a mood cuz I just finished cascading and I'm tired and hormonal and stressed and tired of living in a society with which I've no desire to connect.

I'll try to figure out which parts I can get my head around and try to put them in a plan. It's all disjointed.

I am really hoping my new schedule helps. I'm on several months of getting up at 6 am and that always makes things harder on me. I get a bit less connected to any reality. lol.

I don't believe that. :/

Even those of us without the challenges you have periods of time where we just want to go crawl under a rock and hide.

You got lemons - make lemonade, or a gluten-free lemon bar.... :D

Growing up I wanted to be an assassin, then a geisha (they danced and were artists) and then a geisha assassin. And then my dad tried to get me interested in being a surgeon because I could legally cut people up. :gig

I once asked him if I'd make a good serial killer and he said no because I'd enjoy it too much and tell everyone I was doing it.

LOL!!!

So now when I think of jobs, I try to think of legal jobs which I could actually have and it narrows the field a lot. :p

And I don't have challenges!!! I've read a lot and I know that every one else has trouble with all the same things I do. I am just chucking lemons at peoples' heads right now cuz I'm grouchy. :rant

Actually, I'm usually grouchy, I'm just usually better at holding it all internal :D I'll get back to my usual aplomb before too long. Post seizure headaches make me throw things outward instead of inward because inside my head is all snarly with static.

Yeh. I do love my kitties.

hehehe. You better duck! I actually have a very good aim :D

I'm oddly very good at each individual part of most sports. It's doing them all together and playing with others that makes me bad at sports.

Okay. To bed with me. I don't work tomorrow so I can sleep as long as I need to!!! And hopefully it'll be sunshiny and I can get out for walkies :D

Abi, can I borrow some lemons? My fellow Cub Scout leaders are not playing nice and could use a few whacks!

*looks outside at the clouds* nope. No sunny shine today.

*hands a large basket of lemons to Hen*

I just need to move to Kaeleer. I'd fit in THERE. *pouts* That would take care of my moods.

Auntie fixed it!!

We discovered I only engage to real things, and society and humans aren't real, so I cannot engage, but it really bothers me that I'm forced to interact with them to survive BECAUSE they aren't real and it throws me off balance because interacting with things I know aren't there gets me in trouble so often.

Like when I carefully avoided the van in the middle of the restaurant at which I worked. Everyone I worked with understood and took those tables for me for the two weeks it was there.

Perpetual annoyance. Forced interaction with things so lacking in reality and truth that I cannot engage them. So it's non stop overstim and flapping! And stupid belly poofing cortisol.

Maybe I can go live in a monestary. I'm buddhist. Surely they'd let me bring Amira.

Wow, so I'm not real! I'm so glad to know that. That explains a lot. Or is it that I'm real, and the rest of my family isn't. That would also explain a lot. OK, now my head hurts.
