coffee may seem to be calming you, but I would put money down on it being why your adrenals are messed upabifae said:Good point. Coffee calms me. But not necessarily good for me lol. I can switch to herbal non med tea for a week first.
I drop coffee every few months for a few weeks and it has never made a difference but it will interact with valerian... oddly.

But I get paid Friday and I'm gonna order the herbs and see what happens. I don't notice any difference in my health at all when I quit coffee for months on end. I don't think drinking coffee is the best move, but it does have lots of anti oxidants! LOL. I doubt it helps much, but it's not a huge factor (compared to all the other factors, at least lol!). Probably helps that I only drink one cup a day and often go without. But anything that isn't helping might as well be cut! Put my energy into things that are likely to help.

I actually LIKE doing laundry. I like it best with an outside line, but I don't have one set up. We aren't allowed to string one on the balcony
