coffee may seem to be calming you, but I would put money down on it being why your adrenals are messed up :)
And I do not bet.

LOL BB. My adrenals were messed up LONG before I started drinking coffee. But I get paid Friday and I'm gonna order the herbs and see what happens. I don't notice any difference in my health at all when I quit coffee for months on end. I don't think drinking coffee is the best move, but it does have lots of anti oxidants! LOL. I doubt it helps much, but it's not a huge factor (compared to all the other factors, at least lol!). Probably helps that I only drink one cup a day and often go without. But anything that isn't helping might as well be cut! Put my energy into things that are likely to help.

I know Boyd. :celebrate Waking up early just messes me up.

I need to get it together enough to go get laundry quarters. I'll get an apple or something so I can get change back :D

I actually LIKE doing laundry. I like it best with an outside line, but I don't have one set up. We aren't allowed to string one on the balcony :hit

ooooo Boyd!!!

It is coconut butter, almond butter, and butter.... melted together... then add dried shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, whatever you like.... Then you glop it into some sort of dish and let it cool. Then you slather it in chocolate (they're good without too though).

I do them in silicone muffin tins (metal muffin tins are really a pain to get these out of).

Goes into effect Sunday. I can't wait. Just the thought of not getting up early any more... ahhhhhh!

So tomorrow is my last early shift. Then I'm off Sunday, and then eves.
