I think we don't have hot water!! I wonder if I have our maintenance number around >.> Kitchen didn't get warm. Bath and sink in bathroom didn't get warm...

*sighs*

I gave it a bit in case it was timing and called in. Apparently so had everyone else. The boiler guys are on their way!!

So I think I did really good today. My house is cleaner than it's been in MONTHS lol. I do still have to wash my hair and clean the bathroom, but I need hot water first.

My other project today is a gluten free challenge on the 'zaar world tour. I'm redoing Fijian Honey Cake:

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup honey
6 eggs
1 T coconut oil
warm spices (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice)

I just mixed it. I think it's the right consistency (about like pancake batter) and it's going into the oven now. It can cook while I shower. *does math* It's about 30-35 minutes to cook and I shower in about 20-25. Actually I shower in five normally but I'm doing my hair wash lol.

I decided to shower after they come out. Just in case. LOL.

Hi Abi! The cake sounds good, and yes I agree with WZ we need a full report on it afterwards Sucks being without hot water...I've been without AC since yesterday, it has not been easy :/

They're done!! Glad I baked before showering lol. That went really fast.
