Very nice!
I can't remember - are those Southdown sheep (I think that's what they are called) My daughter's friend shows some like that and I just love them. She walks them at the local park to get them ready for the fair.

Java, Darla (with the very wooly face) is a Southdown (NOT a babydoll southdown...no offense to those w/ babydolls, but my sheep are *real* and not toys).  I don't like having to bend over to handle mini animals. The other ewe with the more open face is a Romney. The white lambs are Romneys, and the dark ones are Romney/Southdown crosses. :D

Tanks....all we have is flat land over here on the Eastern Shore!! I miss the hills from when I lived in VT! Gorgeous.

My brother in law lived in Brattleboro and his 'rents actually are still there. My brother went to Southern VT College, he's older than us - graduated in 2001 I think? Were you in VT at that time? Man...that would be weird if you actually knew him...

ETA - it's a standing joke when the two families (my brother in law and my family) get together. We're called "flat landers" and they're called nekkid messes...

I lived in Westfield, in the Northeast Kingdom. I only lived there for 6 months after I graduated, from June 2--4 to Dec 2004. I really miss it!!

Here's a group shot of the turkeys and chicks (the chicks from the broody hens). They're so cute. :love

Here's my broccoli and spinach:

And here's my cabbage and onion sets:

My broccoli is heading out already and it's very small. I think I should snip off those little heads, right?

Well the MD Sheep and Wool Festival is this weekend! I'm so excited. My sister and mom are coming up from NC to go with me! We're going to have a blast! I've been saving up money and trying to make as much as possible so I have spending money.

I sold about $47 in crafts I made this week, and I'm going to be taking some scrap metal to the junk yard in the next day or two hopefully, and I hope to get at least $20 from it. I've got 5 chicks for sale on CL, and I hope to sell some more eggs before Saturday. I was relying on a babysitting job for a coworker's friend, but she cancelled last minute. That really hurt my pocketbook.

I can't wait for the Sheep and Wool Festival though!! :D
