I am making the "Quadruple Cheese Macaroni with Smokey Bacon" with steamed cauliflower instead of the pasta tonight.

Ah, if only I HAD more bacon ...
The wild hog was butchered before I knew how to get bacon out of it ...
Now I don't really want to keep pigs. Thought about the Vietnamese Potbelly ones though ... if I see another rash of people giving them away, I just MIGHT have to build me a little pigpen out in the old barn maybe ...
