I just checked some day-old chick prices. BO's look to be about $2.50 per hen plus shipping. I think for about $50 you could get 10 or so. Not quite SS, but it'll get your BO's.

Heck, I'll just add 'em to my April order, raise them to pullet size and then have him and Auntie meet me at the Ohio river, and then I'll send them home with him...
