Thanks Abi! Yeah its cheaper to feed them high protein then kill them early. Yeah it was just 4 weeks maybe 4 and a half. Well the internet was in a knot. Cords and everything. Its straightened out now... Im glad. Its good to be back!

Not sure BUT one chicken will feed our family of 5 at Dinner..........

Update for today..........

We hatched 23 Chicks at school 6 Black Sex Links, 17 Buff Orpingtons. Then I lost a duckling this morning. I dont why it died. It was laying in front her box though.

Tonight was the FFA banquet and I got 6 awards.

Participation in our Junior Tractor Driving Contest.
Trophy for being a Senior Parli Member.
Trophy for being President of Jr Parli and Leading us to 2 nd place.
Trophy for being 1st in the local poultry impromptu contest and 2nd in the regional poultry impromptu.
Then I got second in our Soil Conservation Essays.
Then I got one of the most prostigeous awards. I got the star green hand award for my involvment and aid for the FFA.

Im thrilled and excited! I also did the prayer at the banquet.......
