Well my last day of break is ending :hit I now have to go back to school :( Im sad I dont wanna go back. The last semester ended off badly and now we recomence. :(

But anyhow, SS livng continues on. Today we got our Christmas tree and other decorations down, and Im glad it looks ratty after a while. So thats done. Since we have a major blast of cold air coming in tonight I cut 3, 5 gallon buckets of mustard and turnips greens incase the temps in the teens kill em out, I will still have rabbit greenery. Im gonna have to locate a source of em until gardening time is in. Then I am positive the rabbits are ALL pregnant, I had the top off put hay in their feeders, and before I new it the Sr. Does were growling at one another and the Jr. Does were growling too. :p Free pregnancy test. And since one is due on the 11th, I put shavings in all houses. Then gave the dog fresh bedding too.

Just finished with that, now I must go eat some homemade tomato soup and grilled cheeses :p

Well it is possible we will tomorrow. :D I only have experience with French Lops and they seem good so far, nice carcass, I have had trouble with em keeping litters but its been my fault each time. Im going to have sucess in 2 weeks though. :D And IMO I'd say your area is to hot for rabbits, they are cold weather animals by nature and mine burn up in our summers which are fairly hot but nothing to yours Im sure!

You could do it maybe in an ac'ed sort of storage area.....but that wouldnt be cost effective so nevermind :D

He could likely do it with fans and such. There are wild rabbits out that way...you'd need a really hardy breed Cheerio, and have ways for them to cool down. I'm sure it can be done though. They actually aren't too bad indoors, but cages need cleaned often and then there's the whole being TOO close to your food that gets some people.. I'd try it though, they take so little space and time, and are cheap to raise!
