I am distraught over it :p

We shouldnt have to make this up either, we have the calamity days like FJ said then we have time that we bank at school. We go 15 minutes extra everyday. And as a general rule we never get out full summer break, last year we missed 27 days. Its not that we have a lot of snow but the roads are terrible......

Our county has 15 days for snow, flooding, ice storms, etc. and we usually have all of the above during the school year at some point. So far I don't think the kids have used more than two...we had early snow, but it melted in a day, along with the sheet of ice that was underneath it :p Our roads are terrible here too. A year or so ago I couldn't get off one end of my road for nearly 2 weeks. It took the other end a week before we could drive on it.

Anyway.....have a good free day Buffy! :hugs

Its been good so far, WBF. Me and Sis made snowballs from the coating of snow we got, we had a snowball fight. Then I have worked putting the current puzzle up, thats been a long job :p Then I got stuff from the pantry for supper; spaghetti w/ homemade meat sauce, peas, and garlic bread. :drool

Now I am pondering chickens to hatch in my incubator :D Since this year is when half the flock cycles out.

Been good for me too little brother! I got LOADS of Dozer dog kisses this morning!! :love I have taken mine to get her vaccinations, and have a few more things to do before I can call it good for the day. I have more company coming here in a few to get some clothes. I cleaned out our closets this morning and got 3 trash bags FULL of clothes to give away...on top of what DD cleaned out of hers yesterday. I got most of the rest of the produce either fed to animals or put away. I dunno if my other friend is coming to get the rest of it or not, but I sure loaded Pinky up  I'll see ya in a bit! :)
