I cup of brown sugar, a stick of butter, some white sugar all fried up with your sweet potatoes. They are very good..
Wow, that sounds... SWEET... :p

Oooh, you're making your own feed! I do that for my chicks! When they're really young, (1-8 weeks) I make them a homemade diet with whatever is lying about the house. It helps kick-start their foraging abilities and keep them away from dependency syndrome (only thinking of those little brown pellets as food...). And they seem to like it when they never get the same food two days in a row.

And that grinder looks totally awesome. :clap

What is the diet recipe/ingredients for the chick diet? Those are the only things I am not sure how to substitute or change. The rabbit mash for now is made from storebought ingredients. But when Summer comes I will have atleast two weather seasons worth of feed, God permiting of course.

Can you explain to me how you are making those rabbit sprout greens trays? Are those the ones from the homesteading rabbit food thread?
What grains are they?
