Grandma's Dried Corn....I have found a processing method that had the corn drying 12-15 hours in a 150 degree oven. I thought just hanging it up on the cob to dry. No, not in my opinion, the heat imparts a new flavor to the corn. I've had the cob-dried corn re-hydrated and it just tasted "blah" to me.BarredBuff said:I thought just hanging it up on the cob to dry.
