I did a quick google search, and I saw Shaker references listed?

Up here, we live in what is called the Conneticut Western Reserve. Originally a lot of New England influence in everything, including religion.

It originates in New England with Singing Schools but traveled South and took root in the South. Gn Jamie! Gotta go!!

That's one reason I have the chickens and garden stuff - somewhere to decompress when it becomes overwhelming. Going the right things isn't always easy.

I talk to them and they talk back!!! In particular, the three BR's that like to help me in the garden when I'm working the soil :lol:

DW gets a good laugh when I have them out free ranging and I sit down and start talking to them and they come running like puppies.
