That's one reason I have the chickens and garden stuff - somewhere to decompress when it becomes overwhelming. Going the right things isn't always easy.

Yeah I was at peace today down at the coop loking at all my animals.

I talk to them and they talk back!!! In particular, the three BR's that like to help me in the garden when I'm working the soil

DW gets a good laugh when I have them out free ranging and I sit down and start talking to them and they come running like puppies.

I'm a crazy chicken person!!!

I had one I talked to but she died. She always greeted me. I was scouting out who I may cull soon. Number 10 definitely, looks like crap, smal, and not laying.

Not easy losing one you talk to. I just lost mine that always came running to greet me. I don't know if she would ever have laid or not (she had a cross beak, and I'm not sure she could eat enough to be able to lay), but she was a neat chicken. I really missed her yesterday.

Howdy guys!! I have some good news from the homestead!! The large rabbit is pulling hair!! She has been building a hay nest for a few days and she is now pulling hair! I WILL HAVE PICS LATER

The worms should come in today and if not Uncle Jim's Worm Farm are getting a phone call. The bin is done, I need to put some water in it to moisten it then maybe some rabbit poop.

I have my grinder table in. Its setup I will have pics I promise. Ive just been uber busy.

I'd also love a photo of your worm bin......I know, most people would be requesting a photo of baby buns, but I'm weird.

I heard worms like rotting stuff so put your poo in there right away to start rotting!
