I frequently do the flaxmeal pancakes that someone posted a while back. I use that for other things that are bread related and leave out the sweetener (Stevia in my case).
We've frozen waffles on purpose, and occasionally frozen pancakes when we had leftovers, but I never thought of freezing French toast. Although we don't make it that often, thanks for the suggestion--maybe we'll have some this weekend!lwheelr said:You can make french toast, waffles and pancakes ahead and freeze them.
