I’ve been trying to go through my great grandmother’s recipes for inspiration and quickly realized I’m having a harder time than usual reading Italian! I think I must just be distracted. Mi dispiace nonna! Still love you! LOL.

Yeah, it’s gross 🤢. But it’s not difficult. Just smelly. I’d like to say it builds the immune system but honestly I have no idea. 🤣 I don’t even like duck eggs but crazy gym bros do. 🤷🤣
Totally builds the immune system - yours and your babies'! It's legit! DS6 was in a research study attempting to explain why farm kids are healthier than city kids. Some of the research is getting published now. Much of it is not accessible online, but I could see titles for published articles on infant gut microbiome, indoor microbiota and air quality, etc. Fascinating stuff. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32650021/

I was raised on a farm and I still have loads of allergies and on top of it, asthma. I hope I pass none of it down to my kids.
