She messed with your Doors album, Noooo! :smack Nobody gets away with that.
This is not the place to get into it but will say it never made sense why a woman would try and take everything, even those things she did not want just for the pleasure of causing pain. I did prevail and for the sake of decorum will leave it at that.
What a witch! Sounds like you married my sister! :gig
I think you meant B!+(h, not witch.
A Witch is a member of a religion and can be a good person. I wish people would not use it as a substitute for what they really meant.
I still like you- BBH, it's just irritating.

Sorry Dragonlaurel!

That is exactly what I meant. Sometimes it is easier to sub the w for the b on a family forum.

I think this is by far the most OT post I've seen in some time. LOL

I thought they came up with that saying "Life's a beach . . . and then you marry one," to cover that vocabulary issue.

It happens so much. Once in a while I just have to speak up. You're still nice. I say somebody's Nasty to cover it usually.

I put my fleet farm hat in the photo to prove it.
LOLOL. I remember shopping at the Fleet Farm!

Cheese also flows through my veins. My mom worked at the Kraft parm factory in Wausau for years.

On, Wisconsin!! This is turning into a WI alumnus thread :D I live about 30 min from Madison, in this land flowing with milk and honey. It's awesome to have rural farm life with all that a liberal university town brings with it nearby. Plus, we have the country's best farmer's market, literally, in Madison.

I really hated to miss Michael Pollan, but I was out of town the end of last week. WPR had a show with him the day before, and there were a few perturbed farmers on defending their methods.

I live with a conventional farmer and am an organic one myself, so I get to see this issue from both sides. Interestingly, it is my husband whose views change more and more toward mine as the years go on. I think conventional farmers have heard for so long, "Yeah, that's nice, but you can't feed the world that way." that they actually believe themselves. I'm not sure myself, but I tend to think world hunger has more to do with distribution problems than too much low-yield organic farming.

Anyway, go Michael! The last I heard is the World Dairy Expo is in Madison right now and he has a booth outside of it. Apparently there is protesting on both sides of the issue going on. I like Michael because he is not a crazy inflammatory guy unable to even see the other side. He is simply explaining our food system. Most people do not have a clue how their food is created.

As for Fleet Farm....Our local store is Farm&Fleet. I knew I was really "country" when I started to love shopping there! It really does have everything from nuts and dried fruit for my granola, to meat chicken feed, to baby chicks, to garden seeds. I LOVE that store! Don't you be dissing it!

As for cheese, oh my. Where to even start? Here in Madison land, we have artisan cheesemakers everywhere. One in my small town here has won country-wide (maybe world-wide, even?) awards for their exotic creations. Oh, do I love my cheese!

BBH--Did you used to live here, too? Or, how did you score a Badger's sweatshirt? I'm tucked into my red and white hoodie, too, but this one is printed with our small-town elementary school's graphics :)

I had no idea you were there either M&TG!

Theres a Madison here in MN too, although much smaller, with jerk cops. Lol. Don't ask.

We have several Mills Fleet Farm near here too, great stores. The feed store in town, however, is called Runnings Fleet and Farm. They wouldn't hire me but they offered my mother a job. :smack

Anyway..
