If you can't get all the same lot # on the shingles, mix 'em up with the others as you put them on - you should be doing that anyway. Bet you knew that already, huh. :D

First of all, those recipes sound just delish!

Next, my chickens are punks. I'm still getting ONE egg a day. I'm severly rationing at my house, but at this rate I'll have to break down and buy some eventually. :/

Off to go whack up a deer carcass for dog food. :sick I'll be back here later tonight to drool over pics of what ya'll been baking today!

Cheerio, if at all possible when buying your shingles, try to get them all from the same lot. Otherwise, they can be a slightly different color.
Thanks Deb, I hadn't thought about that! And thanks Marianne, that's a good idea to mix em up, I hadn't actually thought of that either!

That's exactly the sort of wisdom I come here for!! :bow

Wasn't sure if you knew it or not, but figured even if you did, there may be others on here that don't. And, that goes for anything that has a lot number on it, whether it's paint, shingles, yarn or whatever.

Yeah you have to roll them out pretty thin buddy. The self rising flour makes them rise just a smidge.

I made the kids make brownies...they're in the oven now :drool
