so what temp do you hold it at?? how do you keep the humidity up..or you just arent that particular????OFG, that is why we got a second fridge off of CL for $100, only three years old, used in a flower shop, and it has no freezer so it is all fridge! I do have plans for a root cellar, but the fridge keeps mice out, too. And holds all my many jars of fermented stuff.
i'd also love to have a place to hang smoked meats and .....prosciutto..
