Good Morning all! Right now the temp here is 43 and it's suppose to get up to near 70 today. It's going to be a beautiful Spring day. Right now I'm sitting in my computer room, listening to birds chirping about the wonderful morning and singing their praises of blessings. Coffee is hot and freshly made for anyone who wants a cup

@CrealCritter looking good, it will feel amazing to have it all done. Then you wanna come to my house and pound some posts for my grapes and raspberries spots, :gig :gig

Spent a lot of time outside yeaterday shoveling water, yep water. Needing to build up around the chicken run next year, seems like all the snow melt runs and settles on the east side of the run. It hasnt gotten in and made the run floor wet yet but I dont want that chance. And BTW water is heavy, back and arms are sore.

Today starting seeds inside. More work outside, just so nice being out soaking up the sun.
Got help coming Saturday morning to pull barn wire. Once it's barb wired in and gates hung and hooves on the pasture then I'll feel good about it all.

I'm a one man band, I'm old, slow and sore, so it just takes time. But the positive is, I'm building muscle back from adverse reaction to prescription medication. Although, I'm still not as strong as I used to be. all the soreness feels good because I know it's making me stronger 💪

Grape Vines you'll most likely need treated wood posts, cemented in, with H bracing twisted tight with 11 ga high tensile wire. That's how I'm going to do ours.

On second 1/2 pot cup of coffee 😂

it's gonna be a enjoyable awesome day for sure 👍

Posts and all look real good @CrealCritter . Slow but sure gets it done....
Fencing in around a old white oak. I tried to auger the last hole. Hit huge root so stopped.

My H brace will have a 12' horizontal pressure treated 4x4. Not what I planned but will have to do. I'll most likely do three twists of 11 guage high tensile wire two for the X and one about 4' off the ground to make sure it's tight and stays tight.

Have you seen the prices of pressure treated 4x4's at the lumber yard? 😳. I may just cut down a cedar tree, de-limb and buck it to length instead
