such things have never happened here before and likely never will (i'd eat pumpkin pie for entire meals for a week if i had to )...

Yep...a chilly 34 here and not anything like you northerners but this is our January weather temps! We're like 15 below Nov norm. I'm cold.

This is my plan too. I made and froze 6 pie shells on Saturday. So far 3 of them have been turned into pies and frozen. Going to do more today. Then the casserole.

I only saw one wooly bear caterpillar this fall, and it was almost all brown. I think he was lying!
