Beef Hanger Steak 20.8 ounces, also known as Butchers Steak. Any ideas on how to cook? Looks more like two tubes than a flat steak.

It’s 38F here. Where did that come from? After a couple of weeks of delightful TEXAS winter weather, it does this! :tongue
Come on over, I got Texas weather covered. Take a look at the thermometer on the wall. Bring shorts, tank top and sandals. I'll dump out a couple bags of sand on the floor and set up a kiddie pool for you. 😂

Fajitas? It's supposed to be very tender. Looks like kabobs would be good as well.

Welp another day gone, just like that! Days in earth are flying by, like a wisp of wind. I enjoy each moment of my day, although, it would be nice if days slowed down some, then enjoy them even more \o/

Proverbs 20:22

I hope you to enjoyed your day.

I am up at 12:30am, tossing for the last 2 hours. My back gets acting up. It’s 49 out and so nice and quite,, the rain has stopped, it has been so loud for days.
I took some ibuprofen so maybe I’ll get sleepy and be able to go back to 🛌 sleep, I’ll haha read something, that usually put me to sleep 💤 nope now it’s 1:30 not to close neighbors dogs are out and barking, usually at deer or coyotes so Tony wants to chime in 🤫. Shhhhh no bark
