if they are grafted trees you should be able to tell and also when planting make sure to not put that grafted part too close to the ground. you want to be able to trim back anything that grows from below the graft.
Good point I pruned multiple root trunk suckers the other day.

Good evening! You guys are scaring me and I have never planted a tree. Here are the tags. Will take pictures closer of the darn trees. Now I feel not only that I wasted the money but that I don't want them. Yuck!

Long day with this 6hr of driving east and back.

I was given some fruits and vegetables at the hospital today. Is this a cantiloupe?

And what in the world is this? How is it used? What does it taste like?

The round thing is a cantaloupe. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a spoon. If you have chickens, the seeds are a chicken treat. Cut in half again. Peel and cut in chunks. Delicious! Put in a plastic bowl with snap on lid, keep in refrigerator.

The white thing is fennel. I don’t know how to prepare it.

Good Morning all my wonderful helpful friends!!!!!
Coffee is HOT and READY!!!! Such a gorgeous morning we can sit out on the patio (only have 2 chairs but there's a stone wall that can be sat on) while we enjoy our coffee. Right now it's 62 but suppose to get up to 80s later on today so this afternoon going to have to have to bring dogs in early again today.
Last night for dinner was hamburgers/cheeseburgers, kielbasa and Mac Salad. I grilled the hamburgers and kielbasa all by myself. FH is going to take leftovers for his lunch today and by the time he gets home he'll be groaning and moaning it was a lite lunch. Well, his doctor had told him months ago that he needs to cut down on his food intake so trying to help him. I might have to enlist the doctors help though and with that will come a nutritionist which he won't like at all and more than likely won't follow their guidelines. Every time I attempt to lower his food intake down he always says " I'm a diabetic so I need to eat".
Okay enough with me venting about FH and his overeating issue. I have to apologize for always turning to all you to vent but I can't really turn to anyone else seeing how they go tell him what I say so he gets mad at me.

It's ok! Vent all you need. He's right, diabetics need to eat BUT....smaller, often, correct selections! Weight control is very important. Cut carbs!!! You will need to eliminate those from the house to control access. Stop all the goodies you love to make. 😞

We have lovely weather here, too. 58 now, going to 80. 😁 Temps good all weekend with rain late Sat until Sun morn. They say we need...maybe an inch expected. That works👍

I wish I could but one of FH co-workers buys the stuff I need for Choc chip cookies for him. He has other peoples and says mine are the best.

This is an example of one of his lunches- SNACKS; 1 pkg (2 bars) Nutty Bars, Peanut Butter crackers, a zippy of chips, a cereal bar, a banana (when we have them) a bag of cookies LUNCH; bowl Mac Salad, 1 piece kielbasa, 1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger (NO BREAD or BUNS), fruit cup, yogurt, pudding cup, and an iced coffee. He makes sure he never runs out of any of the items listed above and if (and that's a mighty BIG IF) I go shopping without him and don't get none of the those items which I know he isn't suppose to have I don't know how to shop so I'm not allowed to go without him.

@Country homesteader here is a keto recipe for hamburger buns. I suggest you buy some keto cookbooks to get around the carbs and sugars.
