Anyone here brew Kombucha or got a good resource to learn how to brew it?
Frambabe got me hooked on raspberry hibiscus kombucha. She's saving thick glass bottles and has been asking about my brew gear which I no longer use. Then tonight I was voluntold to brew some. It's all good I enjoy fermenting food stuff. Now it's time for research, to unravel the mystery of raspberry hibiscus kombucha.

@CrealCritter i shuck corn on a tailgate too. I use a board, chop both ends, shuck, it’s fast and easy.
Coffee is ready. DD and granddaughters came in yesterday evening. We’ll go to church this morning, go out to eat for lunch and they will leave for Lindale to visit friends. Then to my sisters house, they are making a quick round. Have to be back in Corpus Christi for meet the teacher on Thursday.
Got metal on one side of the roof yesterday. A friend from church brought his neighbor and they got after it. I stayed out of the way, kinda weird not to be in the middle of things. They admired the prep job I did, with the radiant barrier and 2x4 lath spaced 2 feet apart. I worked hard on that. I’ll do the front side of the house and they will be back Saturday and we’ll finish up. I’m so excited!

i got yelled at because i'd go around and make drainage channels for the puddles. i always like playing in the water. i'm also always imagining running some solar powered small pumps to bring water from the back ditch to various water features and ponds. if it weren't for so many raccoons i could probably have some froggy and toad habitat which we could really use. it would be the only way i could afford to have even a small waterfall.
