Been dealing with some intercostal muscle pain on the right side. Had back muscle issues over the weekend that has quieted down. Trying to take it easy, but it's hard. Lol.
Maybe get a massage if it keeps up?

Personally, once I get tensed up... the muscles just keep on tightening. So much so they can pull a disk out of alignment and pinch a nerve.

A good massage makes all the rocks in my body go back to muscles.

I got another 5 hr of tractor therapy today. It gets everything shaking loose. 😂. Have 5 more home days. Right now, 365 sounds good. Haven't discussed it with the wallet :lol: I've turned off my "go to work" side of brain...amazingly it's agreeing.

Think I'm ready to do minimal chores now. Grass is good, waterers full. Need to get eggs. Then I can rest a while 🤔 the jumper goats have stayed in over almost 36 hrs! 👍👍 Hope that lasts. Different field, seems I've gotten them settled. Had to add wire to a pole gate yesterday. Rascals! 🤫:old:fl

if you can find a local massage therapist they can do wonders. i hope the improvement continues. no fun to have back problems... i've been dealing with them for 46 years and finally have a routine and life that allows me to mostly be pain free and not have to take any drugs but it was quite a journey getting there.

This has been great weather all week and I'm enjoying the crap out of it!! Almost can't believe it. Home & perfect weather at the same time ??!! 👍 :old:lol::celebrate:celebrate:celebrate

Sleeping in, coffee without a rush, no jobs -- this is a SUPER week for me. I'd love it to last forever. :love

Oddly my biggest thing for my disk is just being hydrated. A gatorade, pedialyte or powerade AT LEAST once a day and slamming a few extra glasses of water randomly makes the difference between walking or not some days. I've gotten to where I start the day with a pedialyte packet (with water) after my coffee.

An occasional Chiropractor visit as well once the tingling in my fingers go all the way to my shoulders on both arms.

P.S. Inversion tables are also great. But like a masseuse or chiropractor they only work if used. Better that you only pay for them once though.

Had to look that up...the Choco salt thing. Guess you figure it out if you take electrolytes :idunno but I don't. If out too long, I just throw salt & sugar in my mouth & drink water fast :lol: then, eat some fruit.
