Holy Crapoly! Forecast is for up to a possible 4 - 6 inches of snow in Houston Mon/Tues. WTHeck is up with that? My "to do" list is totally getting out of hand, lol!

I'm always on the "border" of good & bad of storms. One model says 1/2-1" other says 3-4", both say frigid teens at night and barely over freeze days. Neither is acceptable to me.

i hate to say it because it is often feeling like we're tempting fate and asking for it, but so far this snow season most of it has gone elsewhere. we only have a few inches on the ground right now. it will probably be cold enough this coming week to keep most of it as it is, but a refresher looks nice once in a while.

I really pray and hope you all don't get the ice we got a few weeks ago. No electricity from the grid for 3 days and 4 1/2 nights, was not fun. I know just how much I take I take the grid for granted now. We ran the generator all that time. We are blessed to have a generator big enough to keep the lights on, run the LP furnace to keep the house warm, fridges and freezers cold. I ran the wood stove to keep the out building warm.
Try and stay warm and please be careful, it's all to easy to slip and fall on ice.
