Yeah, ours are pretty good about laying in the coop. Why they feel the need to lay in between the laying cabinet and the wall is beyond me, other than possible "safety" reasons, but we will generally find five or six eggs thereWifezilla said:Maybe she will get broody as the weather warms. My drake stated trying to go after my feet the other day too. Brat!!!
Even though the weather looks great for the coming week, I think I will wait until next month to see if I can entice one of the girls to brood.

I worked for three hours yesterday morning, and then CJ and I drove to Cheyenne (about an hour away) for one of my "nephew's" birthday party. We made cracker caterpillars (although I made mine into a car and CJ made his into a snake with backne











And what the heck is with this wind?!!? I jumped out of bed this morning thinking we have a tornado on top of the house and what is it? Just freakishly heavy wind!! Which keeps changing direction and which tends to shake the whole trailer!!
