My daughter has light brown hair and we don't have any red hair in our families, just blond and brown.

The father is of Sicilian descent, lots of dark brown hair in his family.

Must be the lighting.

I went to the doctor Monday and got three different medications for my back; a muscle relaxer, a pain pill, and an anti-inflammatory. Whoo, dizzy, light headed, and sleepy. Sciatica is much better now.

Crud is almost gone.

Wood stove is sure nice.

Today I went to a horse-packing clinic. Now I know how to put a horse in a suitcase. Really, now I know how to pack different loads on pack horses and mules.

Got 10 eggs today. Four were in the well house and the rest were in the nest boxes. I have a bale of wood shavings in the well house. Someone scratched a hole in the plastic wrap and made a nest hole. Chickens. Have 4 dozen eggs in the fridge. I know I will be able to get rid of 2 dozen tomorrow. Have to find someone for the other 2 dozen. It shouldn't be too hard if I give them away but I would rather sell them. Feed isn't free.

Brief rant. No one take it personally, it isn't directed to anyone here or anyone in particular.

People, learn how to spell. Through is not the same as throw. And there are lots of other misspellings that totally change the meaning of what you are trying to say. I'm just too freaking educated, I'm sorry, I read what you write, not what you mean. If it takes too long for me to decipher your cryptic writing I quit reading it. Maybe you needed my help but you couldn't communicate it so you lose out. Sorry about that.

Glad you got meds for your back.
As far as the spelling goes, lol, kinda guilty. If I write thru, I mean through. As in I went thru the door, lol. I will try to be better, but it will be hard cuz (oops) because I am lazy. :D

Thru and through sound alike, not a problem. I sometimes use thru for shorthand.

Stand by for another one. It's wattles, not waddles. Wattles is a noun, waddles is a verb. Wattles are those things that dangle below a chicken's neck. Waddles is what ducks do.

So did my wife when she was pregnant. And my daughters when they were pregnant. And me when I'm in pain or drugged up and can't walk straight.

I have a sister living in the Chicago area. One of her daughters' teachers tells them it is fine to turn in papers written in "text". "Text" is what the kids, and others, use when sending text messages.

OMG IT WAZ GTCU. SRY GG. CUL8TR. PLZ CALL

The teacher tells them that since this is the way that they communicate in the real world, that it is part of their culture and therefore allowed. Geeze, I can imagine them trying getting a job with a resume' typed in "text".

OMG, you all had me laughing so hard. Dacjohns, if I have offended you and hurt your feelings in the past, I am sorry. I may not be the best typist here but I do pride myself on my spelling abilities. Not my english mind you, just knowing how to spell. But my fingers....well what can I say. Anyway I am sorry. I am lazy, just lazy.

Oh my God it was great to see you. Sorry, gotta go. See you later. Please Call.

I only know due to having had a young daughter with cell phone and I wanted to monitor what was going on with her. Yes I know, I was a snoop, but these days you can't be too careful.
