Those days drive me nuts!! I mean, really?! Sometimes they just get goofy like that. I find it usually coincides with me noticing that the universal energy is just a bit off (everyone around me and sometimes me having bad days). Lately the horses here have been grumpy, I have no idea what their issue is! I hope they get over it quick... Storm was really good yesterday when I worked him, so that was a good thing.

I hope so! It's been so nice this winter that I want to ride, and I can't.

Don't know yet. I can't bend my knee very well yet. I'm hoping it won't be too much longer.

Today, I had planned on getting a lot done. After all, other than my leg not bending very well, I'm moving pretty good. Can we say that didn't work out?

First off, I don't know if it's because I'm inside so much now or what, but I'm having a terrible time getting started on anything. Plus, for some reason, the bottom of my foot hurts. I don't know what's causing it, and of course, it didn't happen until after I had my doctor's appointment, so I'll ask when I start therapy. I threw a load of clothes in the washer and went back to bed. I had been going to hang them out, instead they went in the dryer. I had been going to work more on folding and ironing. That didn't happen. I was also going to dust and vacuum the living room and do dishes. Can we say that didn't happen either?

I finally got up and got some food, but that wasn't until after 12:00. Watched a bit of TV, played on the computer until well after 2:00 and finally went out to the farm. And after what I found today, as of tomorrow, I'm feeding my animals again.

I knew KN wouldn't be there today, she had too many extra bus runs. I can't ask her not to take them since this means more money for her and I'm sure not going to pay her for missing them. So, I'm not really sure who fed.

First off, my tack shed was locked, so I wasn't sure if Cindy had been let out or not. Then I saw her running around outside, so I knew she had been out. I opened the door and stepped in. Whoever fed this morning decided that they were FINALLY going to give my cats some of the canned food. But, not in the way I do. They had opened one of the large cans and just stuck it on the floor. I know my cats. If they were both in there, that means Rerun ate almost the whole can. There was just a little bit left in the can. :barnie The rest of the cans are now under my cot and what's left in that can is now closed in w/my grooming supplies.

I get Stormy's feed out. Again he didn't want to come out and I thought I was going to have to go and get him. I opened the gate and he just stood there looking at me. I walked in just a bit hoping he'd come. Well, all the other horses came at a run! I was just barely able to get back to the gate and close it. Of course, that got Stormy up to the gate, so I was able to get him out. Then I go to bag feed. I opened the lid on the bucket to take out the empty bags and find out that instead of putting the hay pellets in the bucket I use, then adding water, whoever fed just put the water IN THE BAG!!!!!!!!!! :rant :he :somad :ep That was when I made my decision. If KN wasn't able to get out tomorrow, I was just going to have to feed my own horses. I talked to her, and she has too many extra runs to make it to the farm tomorrow, so that means I'm feeding.

Then I checked on my chickens. They hadn't been fed for the day. So, they got fed. I only got 2 eggs the whole time I was laid up, so I don't know if Roxy has stopped laying, or if she's found a different place to lay. I wouldn't put it past her. So, I'm going to have to see if I can't get out there earlier and watch her.

Once I got home, I fed the animals, and got the fire going. Then, I got some wood in. I must say, I'm happy to be doing the fire again. Hubby used much more wood than I do when he was doing the fire. I don't know now if we have enough wood to last until I'm able to do wood or not. But, it's going to be fairly warm this week, so that will help.

I'll be so glad when I'm back to normal.
