Well, I don't do well with caffeine consumption and happened to have some iced tea at lunch today......this usually doesn't hit me until hours later. :rant So....I'm trying to catch up on everything I missed on here. :)

It's promising to be another nice day today!!! :weee
In a little while I'll be able to take Susie and the chicklets outside. It is 50 degrees and we are just waiting for the grass to dry out a bit more. The sun just came out.

Happy Valentine's day :love

I had a nice and productive day yesterday. Got lots of laundry done: blankets, rugs and animal bedding. Stuff that takes a while to dry, so I hadn't been able to wash it for a while. Sure feels good to have all that stuff cleaned and smelling good. I plan on doing more of the same today.
Gotta remember to count some birds today too. I got so carried away doing stuff yesterday, that I forgot to count birds for 15 minutes
We participate in the great backyard birdcount. So far this year we haven't been very good :hide

I am looking forward to going outside and seeing what I can get done :ya

None of the buildings in the last picture are ours. SO had just weedwhacked most of the field and the chickens are loving it.

I just wanted to share some sunshine with you all. Although it is clouding over. I better get back outside to keep an eye on Susie. She is out with her chicks and she is VERY defensive. She'll go after the biggest hen, if one dares to come too close

The picture of the chick and the daffodil is just adorable! Our daffs are starting to open too, and it is so nice to see them finally.
