I have a pair of ice cleats for the bottom of my shoes. I've never had to use them since I got them. I think I'll be using them tomorrow. The snow is not melting fast enough, and its going below freezing again tonight. :hit

Yes, use them! No need to risk breaking yourself.

We have had several chinooks this winter, so we resorted to screwing a few of the new wading boot cleats into the bottom of my bunny boots.
Best thing ever for chores!

Oh just a *rant* this morning, we're getting serious about building the new shed/coop building this spring. We would really like a Gambrel shed/barn to convert part of it into a coop. I've searching this morning for designs/plans and just getting frustrated.

Found one design we like, but the design indicated the carpentry skills need to be more experienced than I have.

If we lived in a more isolated area, I would only worry about function, not form. I don't want to pay $30-50 for a plan I may not like or be able to execute correctly.

 He might go willingly :p

He said he doesn't mind helping you get an idea of how to do it if he can. He's better at doing it than explaining it sometimes ;)
