It is not. Lol. Split level, top level bedrooms and bathrooms, main level kitchen and living room, next level down family room and laundry room, lowest level is basement with mechanicals.
I expressed my concerns when we started looking at it, the wife thought it would be manageable and help her build leg strength just using 5-6 step.

So we used to live a few miles northwest of the Ohio National Guard Training facility and only saw C130s on training flights doing practice low level approaches.
We now live less than a mile to the southeast of the boundary fence. Was in the kitchen getting coffee this morning and saw this... loving it

The Guard has reorganized and shuffled a lot in the past 10 years. The 179th Airlift Wing moved from Youngstown to west of Akron. After the move, we still see them, but not nearly as often.
