Farmfresh City Homesteader - the sound of falling oaks.

Framfresh, we had the same storm down here over the weekend. What a mess. The electricity went out about 5 p.m., came back on about 2 a.m Sunday.

I'm sick of winter. :barnie

Heck, maybe I'm normal! :idunno

FF, I'm ready for the green! :drool The fields are turning emerald green around here and I can barely keep my eyes off them! Every year I feel the same way and I marvel at those who are so jaded or indifferent to this miracle.

I'm ready for spring peepers and apple blossoms.... :P

I have to agree with everyone about the snow.. the second it melts it snows again. Expecting more tommorow yet again! :barnie

Its never ending, I want to see green!

Of course it all had to come to an end. Then I had to go to work. Oh well.

Okay, now I'm envious! :tongue That sounds like soooo much fun! I would fall over in a dead faint if anything like that happened around here! Tell us about everything you learned!

And you're going to teach about chickens? That is so very cooleth! Please keep us in the loop about how you did this and how it goes when you give the classes. I would so love to find people around here who wanted to learn this stuff! :barnie

I bet your mouth was watering over all the greens! Did you get to sample any of the grass-fed beef? If I had a booth like that set up, I would definitely have a grill and be serving shishkabobs with my meats for $1-2 a bob. :D
