I have quinoa. I have made it just like rice as a side dish. It is very light and fluffy. I also cook it with broth to add a bit of flavor.

How much did the beef way on the hoof? I forget.

YUMMMM!!! When I started making broth again (after living like an almost typical American for a few years....almost) I had to keep buying bigger and bigger stock pots!

When you had your steer processed did you tell the butcher you wanted all the bones? Or are there some you take and some you don't?
