So as you sit in your chair relaxing let me ask you this.

I have been having some serious aches and pains. My hip and shoulder both have been killing me. I am thinking a trip to the chiropractor might help. I was also wondering what vitamin support. I should be taking to help. I hope this is not a sign of health problems to come. I'll never get my farm going like this.
