My favorite piece of equipment is my All American 921 pressure canner. I've used Mirro and Presto over the years and saved my pennies to buy the All American. I got tired of hunting down gaskets.
I describe it as "the best purchase I have ever made". It fits 16 wide mouth pints in one run. Alternately it will fit 7 wide mouth quarts + 8 wide mouth 1/2 pints.
It's great for pressure cooking too. I fit three pork shoulders into it at one time.
