Not sure other than what I tried last year when I started this. I didn't get any garlic in this year and only had a little bit last year. This fall I'll put in lots since I have the raised beds ready to go. Not going to make that mistake twice!

They're perfectly preserved frozen. Just chop raw, dump in a freezer container and stick it in the freezer for future pesto, stir-fries or soup.

You can probably fry them up like fritters. Not very healthy, but I bet it'd be tasty. Specially tempura fried...
