He already has girlfriends! Oh my goodness, you are in trouble.
Four, to be exact. Although I just learned yesterday that 2 of them are now another little boy's girlfriends so he said he's going to get some more.

He has one little girl that just adores him - they go to the same daycare and are in the same kindergarten class. One morning I ran into her mother at daycare. She said someone put little g's snow boots in her bag by mistake and she asked her daughter whose they were.

Little girl: "Oh, those are my boyfriend's."

Mother: "Is that so? Well, I think you're a little young for a boyfriend"

Little girl: "Well, guess what, MOM. It's too late - I'm going to marry little g."

Proposals already? He must be a charmer.

My youngest, Trouble, was like that at that age. Little girls used to come to the door when we lived in the city and ask if he could "play" with dreamy looks on their faces.

He actually loves to be teased about this! Last summer, we had these two dreamy eyed girls coming to the door asking for him, here. One evening I look out and see one of them mowing our lawn, which is Troubles chore!

I asked, "Why is she mowing our lawn?"

Trouble answers, "They are my slaves."

:he

See why I've nicknamed him Trouble?

I can see why the girls like him! Not to put a damper on the cuteness but I have to share:
We had a scary experience with a first grade "girl friend". We know the family and knew a little about her background but not quite how disturbed she is. DS has a scar on his face where she raked him with her nails because he talked to another girl at recess. She flew at him in a rage and just missed his eye. It is now two years later and the scar is still visible. Who'd have thought in first grade things could be so nasty! They had to section off the playground for the rest of the year and they were not allowed in the same area. Their second grade classes were set up so that they were not in the same class.

Can you imagine when she is old enough for PMS? Scary :hide She needs to learn some self control and soon.

More like a sociopath... I'm hoping we're far far away from her when she hits puberty! I can chuckle now but only because we moved DS to a new school and we have little contact with the family these days.

When my son was little, he came home from kindergarten all depressed. When I asked him why, he told me that L said she wasn't going to marry him when they grew up.

'Tis just a matter of time before we cross that bridge....I just hope it's a little foot bridge and not a San Fransisco one...

On the up and up I heard a few clicks inside the incubator....as if an egg tooth was working on a pip. Then this morning I was greeted by one big old cheep and finally figured out which egg it was. I could see a teeny bit of egg had come off but the pip, if there even really is one, is on the underside so I can't see how far along it is.

Sadly, though, no other noises or movement besides that one - and who even knows if that one will make it. I'm starting to second guess myself. Did I even really put them in on the 15th as I really thought I did or did I put them in on the 16th or even 17th? If that's the case I'm sure I've killed them all because I stopped turning them on Sunday the 6th. I'm notorious for 2nd guessing myself....especially when it comes to directions.
