Sounds awesome, just wish I had a tub deep enough and long enough to soak in. I can get up to about my um, well, um.... not deep enough!

Real hot, steamy shower will do....as long as you get your core hot. Try not to get your head wet, though! ;)

Thanks. Hot showers I can do and did! Nothing seems to break it up better. Drinking water helps too. I wasn't able to do that today and paid for it. I had a rough night. I kept waking up hacking. Found DH sleeping on the couch this morning.
Spent the day (7:45am to 4pm) at the Cub Scout Leader Pow Wow. It was fun and interesting and I'm glad I went but man am I beat. Too beat to b*tch about no one else from our pack even seemed to be there. Grrrr. Or about the lack of information they've provided me with to get started. I'm having to do it all on my own. Oh well. Not like I need waste time getting ready for the new job or anything!
One of the presenters was getting rid of lots of accumulated craft stuff. I mean tons of stuff. I came home with two bags full of craft foam and kits to make pipe cleaner animals and special paper to make sun prints with. From her basement to mine! Nah, I'll actually use it!
It was rainy and miserable all day so I didn't miss out on getting anything done outside. DH pulled stuff down from the attic all afternoon and did some sorting. Holy cow, there's a lot of stuff up there. He found 4 dog crates I didn't even know we had!
Only 7 eggs today but DS has 4 full dozen to sell at church tomorrow.
Oh, almost forgot, when I got home the boys were over at my parents' house. I went down to lock up the birds and collect any last eggs. Found the chickens were all in the coop but not locked up yet and the ducks were in their house and they WERE locked up. That seemed strange. So I asked DH when he got home what was up with that. Aaaaahh! He never even let the ducks out all day!!! Completely forgot about them. They had no food or water all day. I let them out even though it was dark and gave them some food and access to their water. They seem fine but cranky. Who can blame them?

Mine grumble a bit too. They were biting each others' bills and pushing each other around. It was just a bit off from normal cranky I guess.
Crud is hanging on but voice was a little stronger. I hate not being able to sing in church though.

Hey, H23, hope you're feeling better soon!

We use eucalyptus oil anti viral spray, airborne fizz in orange juice or hot water, and zinc lozenges. Don't over do the lozenges, though, because too much zinc isn't good for ya either.

Anti-Viral Eucalyptus spray
30 drops eucalyptus essential oil
4 ounces distilled water
Put both in a fine mist spray bottle and shake well before using. Eucalyptus oil kills airborne viruses and clears the sinus passages. Use the mist often when feeling congested or when exposed to colds and viruses. Keep a bottle handy to spray on pillow, hands, phone in the office or car.

I'm with BK on the hot bath. We have an old clawfoot tub from the 1910 era. TERRIFIC!

Thanks, I'm getting there. I've been using saline nasal spray, taking Nyquil so I can sleep without coughing my head off in the middle of the night, drinking lots of water and OJ. I've tried zinc lozenges but can't take the after taste. Airborne gives me a sore throat for some reason. Whiny huh?
As for the bath, if I leave now I should be at your by tomorrow noon!
