Stay safe!!! We'll see you on the other side.
Glad you guys are okay Too bad about the solar power not being adequate though. Sounds like the kid is makin the best of itTHEFAN said:No power for the last 2 hrs now. Sun is shinning bright. Beezey but very nice out. WHAT THE!!! Did figure out solar system can't handle the refrigerator. Will fix this problem ASAP. Child has learn boardgames don't work without actually moving the pieces with her own hands. No controller included. JUst kidding. She's not that bad. Her mom and her have been playing Uno and Advanded boardwalk.
We haven't heard from her for awhile, have we? I hope none of the trees came down inconveniently. Maybe the power is out, seems likely considering this last post we have from her.valmom said:We have reached the mega-rain stage. It is literally pouring buckets! We are having off and on wind gusts- if they get worse, the trees really will just come up by the roots. We are on ledge that is, at most, 3 feet down (I know because we had to jack hammer to get the well line below frost- and that is up where the ledge is farthest down). So there really isn't much for trees to hang on to when it is soggy.
Thanks for checking in to let us know. Glad you're okayDamummis said:Power was out for about 30 sec. Still blowing.
