May I chime in? :D

Glad you're all right, Javamama! And kudos on the rifle. What caliber is it?

.22s are sweet little guns. There's almost no kick to them, really fun to shoot. Have fun!

Lemme check on that snow...why yes, it IS snowing. Sideways :p I don't think it's supposed to add up to much today. But did you hear about the rain coming in the middle of the week? Yuck!

 I survived the long, long holiday. Overall it was good. We had to travel up north to Bluffton yesterday and it took 2 hours to make an hour and 15 minute long trip. The roads were a mess - even 33 was bad in the morning. I am ready to hibernate now. But I can't - gotta get ready for the b-day party. But we are doing pizza so not too big a deal. If I can find pizza that a bunch of 10 year old girls will agree on

My house looks like Christmas threw up in it. What a disaster. Time to get the shovel.

The goats are pissy and have been fighting alot. Mostly over food  I felt Rory's babies move the other day. Perdy needs a wide load sign.

We now have a garage chicken because we couldn't bring ourselves to put down the poor hen-pecked little thing. She's providing entertainment for the cats.

I got some cheese making books, and a new study Bible and DH got a gun so we can both have fun :D

I actually hadn't opened the book package yet when I wrote that, so change it to one cheese book ;) Which is wonderful! Not complaining at all :)
Drumroll....
OK, so it's 200 Easy Homemade Cheese Recipes. :celebrate Looks pretty thorough, but I'm still going to get that other one that I have on my list. I don't remember which one it is at the moment :p

I can't wait for the cuteness of goat kids! And lovely full udders :D

I gotta got to the grocery now. I'm thinking veggie beef soup sounds like the perfect way to come out of the holiday feasting mode, but I need cabbage and soup veggies. And I'm buying bread because we need something for lunch. PBJ's, mmm.

We spent all day yesterday with the shovel....snowing like crazy so everything was canceled here too. I think we have a full trailer load of paper and boxes for the recycling bin. If everyone would just give me money like I keep asking them to we could have a much easier time of it all :p

Hubby tried to open a barbie doll and about had a coronary! They really don't want anyone to get into these things do they?

Oh, my son got the boy version of an Easy Bake Oven.....it is a bug maker. No lie, you put "goo FX" into a mold, slide the tray into the oven, close the door and lock it, and turn on a sixty watt light bulb for 8 minutes and voila! a plastic bug.

Did the dog get sick from the packet?

Lori, the dog did not get sick from the easy bake packet she ate. But go figure, duck food makes her vomit  Did not know there is a boy version of easy-bake. I find the whole concept ridiculous - those mixes are 4 bucks! and they hardly make anything at all! Oh the waste :duc

I always take wire cutters, a tiny screwdriver and a knife to Christmas parties :D
